Wiggles and Giggles began in the early 1990’s by two friends who wanted to find a fun business opportunity.  They loved buying clothing samples from the Dallas Apparel Market, and noticed an opportunity to make those great deals available to the public. From the first sample sales held in their garages, Wiggles and Giggles has grown to fill a 3000 square foot store where the BEST Boutique Children’s Clothing is available at Fabulous Prices Year Round!
